Hello! You have found your way to the happiest pie shop in Easton, PA, and we’re so glad you’re here.

Grab a slice or two, a cup of something to wash it down, and stay a while - our new location has seating galore, vinyl you can spin, a shop to browse in, and even a play space for littles.

 

We are Lisa, an Australian by way of New York, and Anne, a New Yorker by way of almost everywhere else. We met in the summer of 2018, both of us at an inflection point in our lives; we each had growing children who were well into their school years, and the middle(-ish!) age doldrums were setting in.

 

A remarkable series of unlikely events brought us to be in the same rented commercial kitchen

at exactly the right time to discover that we were both looking for essentially the same thing - a place to make delicious, simple, unfussy food that people want to eat.

 

That place turned out to be the tiniest little storefront in downtown Easton, with just enough room for two bakers and a couple of customers at a time. Pie+Tart grew, slowly and organically, for seven years until one day it had indeed outgrown its space. More room was needed for everything: ingredients, finished product, and most importantly, more room for customers.

 

The universe stepped in again and pointed the way to the perfect spot. At 349 Northampton St there is more than enough room to continue to grow while remaining true to our simplest selves: making delicious food for the best customers ever.

 

This is our home away from home and we hope you will be as comfortable here as we are.
